4 cups cooked and well-drained rice
2 1/2 tablespoons sesame oil (optional)
200g small shrimp (optional)
150g thinly cut ham cubes
1/2 cup cooked peas
1/2 cup cooked carrots in cubes
3 beaten eggs
1 tablespoon Ajinomoto®
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/4 cup chopped green onion
Salt to taste

Melt 2 tablespoons of sesame oil and sauté the shrimp for two minutes
Add the ham and stir for one minute
Combine the peas, carrots, and rice; mix well
Set aside
For the remaining sesame oil, combine it with eggs, Ajinomoto®, and salt
Fry like an omelette and cut into thin strips
Cook the rice and add the soy sauce, green onion, shrimp mixture, and beaten eggs
Mix well
Serve immediately.
