4 green peppers (750g) chopped
1 tablespoon of parsley chopped
1/2 tablespoon of onion chopped
1 garlic clove crushed
2 tablespoons of salt

1/3 cup of olive oil or vegetable oil
1 1/2 cups of uncooked white rice
3 cups of chicken broth

Mix the pepper, parsley, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper
Stir well
Heat the oil
Add the rice and fry it, stirring constantly, for 2 minutes or until it browns
Add the spice mixture
Fry slowly, stirring occasionally
Bring the chicken broth to a boil
Pour it over the rice
Let it simmer again, turn off the heat, cover, and cook slowly, without stirring, for about 13-15 minutes, or until the rice is cooked and all the liquid has been absorbed.
