1 tablespoon of unflavored gelatin
1 1/2 cups of water
3 tablespoons of vinegar
1 tablespoon of salt
2 drops of sweetener
1 cup of asparagus tips, cut
1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
1 tablespoon of finely chopped thyme
1/4 cup of red pepper flakes, crushed
to taste
1 tablespoon of unflavored gelatin
1 1/2 cups of water
3 tablespoons of vinegar
1 tablespoon of salt
2 drops of sweetener

Sprinkle the gelatin over 1/2 cup of water
Heat over low flame and stir until the gelatin dissolves
Add the remaining ingredients
Stir well
Place in a moist mold and refrigerate for a few hours
Unmold and serve.
