Blend the cornmeal in a blender, pulsing it several times
In a large skillet, fry the bacon well, then add the butter and let it melt
Add the chopped onion and, when it's golden brown, add the corn, grapes, and cornmeal
When serving, add the chili flakes, warm it up, and check the salt.
