2 tablespoons of vinegar
1/3 cup of heavy cream
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
2 cups of parsley cut into thin strips (100g)
1 medium carrot grated on the coarse side (100g)

Mix the olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and vinegar
Mix the heavy cream with the lemon juice
Stir well and add to the previous mixture, stirring well
Just before serving, mix in the parsley and carrot
