Place the flour and salt on a table
Make a depression in the middle and place the egg there
Mix with a little flour until it forms a paste
Top with butter cut into small pieces and cover with flour
Knead rapidly to form a dough
Let it rest for about 30 minutes
Grease small molds of 5 cm diameter with the dough and bake in a preheated oven (200°C) for about 17 minutes until lightly golden brown
Let it cool completely before filling
Yield: 42 savory cakes.
