Season the ground beef with onion soup
Mix well
Stretch this mixture over a plastic wrap forming a rectangle
Cover the beef with ham and then spread mozzarella
Arrange the eggs on top of the cheese and roll like a roulade
Close the ends to prevent the filling from coming out
Wrap the roulade in aluminum foil and roast in a medium oven for 45 minutes, approximately
Unwrap the roulade, cut it, and arrange the slices on a refrigerator plate
Cover with tomato sauce and parsley and put back in the oven for five more minutes.
