4 cups cooked lentils
2 cans of tuna or 3 cans of sardines
2 cups chopped celery (salsa)
1 and 1/2 cups mayonnaise
1 cup chopped onion
1 can of white beans, drained
2/3 cup red wine vinegar
2 hard-boiled eggs, mashed through a sieve
lemon juice and pepper sauce to taste

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and refrigerate until serving time
Serve 6-8 servings.
