1 Preheat the oven to 400°F
No liquidizer, beat the egg, milk, onion, flour, Parmesan cheese, baking powder, salt, and black pepper
Without beating, just mix in the tomato, coalho cheese, and parsley leaves
2 Place the mixture into a loaf pan, approximately 20 x 10 cm, greased and floured
Bake for about 35 minutes.
