6 slices of fresh tuna, 1 cm thick (approximately 500g)
1 tablespoon of salt
1/4 cup of lemon juice (60 ml)
FOR THE SAUCE
1 tablespoon of grated ginger
1/2 teaspoon of pepper
1 cup of peanut butter (100 g)
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 medium-sized tomatoes (240 g), ripe, cut into pieces
1/2 tablespoon of salt
2 tablespoons of olive oil (for frying)

Season the tuna on both sides with salt and lemon juice. Reserve
PREPARE THE SAUCE: In a processor or blender, beat well the ginger, pepper, peanut butter, olive oil, and tomatoes
Add the salt, mix well, and reserve
Preheat the oven to 250°C (very hot)
In a large non-stick skillet, heat the olive oil over high heat
Fry 3 slices of tuna for 1 minute on each side
Transfer to a large serving dish and repeat the process with the remaining slices
Distribute the sauce over the fish slices and bake in the preheated oven for about 3 minutes
Serve immediately
