4 clean turkey breasts
1/2 cup of raisins
1/4 cup of sweet wine
3 egg yolks
1/2 cup of butter
1 chopped onion
1 cup of parsley and scallions, chopped
1/2 cup of thyme, chopped

Hydrate the raisins with sweet wine for 30 minutes
Season the turkey breasts with salt and pepper
Set aside
Remove the egg yolks and cut them into cubes
In a pan, melt the butter and sauté the onion until it's soft
Add the turkey, raisins with wine, and herbs, and season with salt and pepper
Stuff the turkey and tie the legs
Place the turkey in a greased baking dish, brush with melted butter, and bake in a medium-hot oven until cooked through and golden brown
Serve immediately.
