Season the chicken with lemon juice, salt, and black pepper
Pat dry the chicken pieces with paper towels
Dip them in yogurt
In a bowl, mix together fubá, wheat flour, Parmesan cheese, paprika, and salt
Add the chicken pieces to this mixture, arrange on a baking dish, and bake in a moderate oven (170°C) for about 45 minutes, or until the chicken is tender, basting with the juices that form in the dish from time to time
If the chicken seems too dry, sprinkle with small pieces of butter during the last 10 minutes
If desired, serve with cooked vegetable salad.
