FOR THE SAUCE
1 tablespoon grated ginger
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 cup ground peanuts (100g)
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 medium tomatoes, ripe, cut into pieces (240g)
1/2 tablespoon salt
2 tablespoons olive oil (for frying)

Season the tuna on both sides with salt and lime juice. Reserve
PREPARE THE SAUCE: In a processor or blender, blend well the ginger, paprika, peanuts, olive oil, and tomatoes
Add salt, mix, and reserve
Preheat the oven to 250°C (very hot)
In a large non-stick skillet, heat the olive oil over high heat
Fry 3 slices of tuna for 1 minute on each side
Transfer to a large serving dish and repeat the process with the remaining slices
Distribute the sauce over the tuna pieces and bake in the preheated oven for about 3 minutes
Serve immediately
