Preheat the oven
If using frozen fish, let it thaw first
Brush each fillet with melted butter or margarine
Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of finely chopped onion over each fillet
Cover with half a slice of grated cheese, roll up each fillet and secure with a toothpick
Arrange the rolled fillets in a greased baking dish
Pour the contents of the tomato paste can over the fish and sprinkle with breadcrumbs
Dot with 1 tablespoon of melted butter
Bake in a moderate oven for about 30 minutes
Remove from the oven, carefully remove the toothpicks, and voilà!
