Wash the garlic cloves well with their skins, poke some holes in the skin with a toothpick, and microwave them for 5 minutes
They should be soft but still firm
Let them cool down
Wash the rosemary leaves well and dry them with a paper towel
With the help of a funnel, pour half of the olive oil into an sterilized glass jar and add half of the garlic and one sprig of rosemary
