1/4 cup of olive oil
1/4 cup of vinegar
1/4 cup of finely chopped onion
1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
salt to taste
1 teaspoon of dried thyme, crushed
1 teaspoon of dried rosemary, crushed
1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
1/4 teaspoon of paprika
1 tablespoon of tomato puree
1/4 cup of olive oil

Mix all the ingredients together
Place chicken or pork in a bowl
Pour the herb marinade over the top and cover
Refrigerate for 4 to 6 hours, or overnight
Stir the herb marinade occasionally to ensure even coating of the meat
Use about 3/4 cup or enough for 1 kg of meat.
