Braise the bones and meat in 2 liters of cold water with a pinch of salt for 1 hour
Add the parsley, peppercorns, and season with curry powder
Simmer for an additional 45 minutes
Strain the broth through a sieve and season with a bit more curry powder if desired
Let it cool before serving
Just before serving, garnish with whipped cream (do not whip) and sprinkle with a pinch of paprika.
