1 cup pineapple chunks, drained and cut into squares
1 green pepper, cut into squares

Cut the pork tenderloin into small pieces. Reserve
Beat the egg
Mix the flour and salt
Dip the pork pieces in the beaten egg and then in the flour mixture
Fry the pork in hot oil for 6-8 minutes, or until golden brown
Remove the pork from the oil and let it drain on paper towels
In a saucepan, combine the brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, pineapple juice, ketchup, and soy sauce
Bring to a boil
Mix the cornstarch with cold water and add it to the sauce, stirring constantly until thickened
Add the pork, pineapple chunks, and green pepper
Mix well and serve
Serves 4, approximately 465 calories per serving.
