500g of fine cod fillets or your preferred fish

2 lightly beaten eggs
1 1/2 cups cake flour
500g of fine cod fillets or your preferred fish

1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 lightly beaten eggs
1 1/2 cups cake flour
Marinate the fish in lemon juice, salt, and pepper
Heat about 3cm of oil in a medium skillet
Dip each fillet in the flour (excessing), then in the egg, and finally in the cake flour
Fry on both sides until golden brown
Drain on paper towels and serve still warm
Serve with lemon wedges
(4 servings.)
Note: Serve with a squeeze of fresh lime juice.
