2 kg chicken breasts, cut into halves or quarters
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon dry white wine
1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons ground oregano
black pepper to taste
1 mashed garlic clove
2 kg chicken breasts, cut into halves or quarters

Mix all the ingredients together in a pan, except for the chicken
Bring to a simmer
Cover the chicken breasts with the sauce
Grill over charcoal
Baste frequently, flipping the chicken pieces every 10 minutes
Serve hot, accompanied by any remaining sauce.
