Cake Dough
1/2 cup of milk
2 fresh yeast tablets for bread
7 eggs
1 teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoons of sugar
3/4 cup of melted butter
500g of all-purpose flour
Filling
2 liters of water
600g of sugar
Juice from 1/2 orange
Juice from 1 lemon
2 cinnamon sticks
10 crabs
1 1/2 cups of rum
Topping
4 passionfruits
2 banana-leaf rolls
Cake Dough

1 In a bowl, mix the milk, yeast, eggs, salt, and sugar
Transfer to a mixer and add the butter and flour
Beat until a smooth dough forms
2 Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C)
Pour the dough into individual molds greased with butter
Place it at 1/4 of the mold's height and let it rise to the edge
Bake for 15-20 minutes
Filling
Bring all ingredients, except rum, to a boil
Simmer for 15 minutes and let cool
Add rum and stir vigorously
Assembly
Two hours before serving, place the cakes in the filling and let them soak well
Fry the banana-leaf rolls and serve the cake with a spoonful of passionfruit pulp and fried banana.
