Beat the eggs for 5 minutes
Mix in the sweetened condensed milk, melted butter, and flour with yeast
Mix well and pour into a 9-inch round baking dish greased with butter
Bake in a moderate oven (180°C), preheated, for 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean
Remove from the oven and poke holes all over the top of the cake
Douse with a little coconut milk mixed with shredded coconut
Let it cool, then flip onto a serving plate and douse with the remaining coconut milk mixture
