Preheat the oven to medium temperature
Add the butter and sugar to the mixer and beat until smooth
Incorporate the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition

Combine the wheat flour, baking powder, and milk, beating for an additional 3 minutes or until smooth

Divide the batter between the prepared trays (if using a small oven, divide the recipe in half and bake each cake separately)
Bake for 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean

Heat the coconut milk and condensed milk over medium heat, stirring constantly, for 20 minutes or until thickened

Preheat the oven to low temperature
Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form
Incorporate the sugar and beat until stiff peaks form again
Incorporate the food coloring and mix well

Place a small amount of meringue in the decorating bag with the fine tip
Write 'The Book of Poems' on parchment paper, reserving the remaining meringue
Bake for 10 minutes or until set
Let cool and carefully remove the letters from the paper. Reserve

Melt the chocolate in a double boiler
Remove from heat
Incorporate the honey and mix until slightly thickened
Assembly

Place one cake on a serving plate, spread with filling, and top with the second cake
Cover with the melted chocolate and smooth with a damp spatula

Use some of the remaining meringue to create a strip that passes around the sides of the cake, simulating book pages
Use the remainder of the meringue and fine tip to add finishing touches to the top of the cake
Finally, arrange the letters over the cake.
