Soak the cod in water for 12 hours, changing the water three times
Place the cod on a baking dish
Peel the potatoes and onion, cut them into cubes, and arrange them on the baking dish - potatoes on one side and onions on the other
Sprinkle parsley, rosemary, garlic, and hot pepper on top
Next, drizzle with paprika dissolved in a little water, and finish by covering the cod with olive oil
To garnish, use onion rings and olives
Bake for 40 minutes
Serve warm.
