500 g of cod fillets, desalted
Enough milk to rehydrate
500 g of cooked potato, sliced
3 ripe tomatoes, sliced
1 green pepper, sliced
2 fine onion rings
3 hard-boiled egg slices
150 g of chopped olives
1 1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
Salt to taste

Rehydrate the cod in milk and drain
In a baking dish, alternate layers of cod with potato, tomato, green pepper, onion, egg, and olives
Drizzle each layer with olive oil and sprinkle with parsley
Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 400°F for 35 minutes
If needed, add salt.
