1 Portuguese sausage, cut into slices
1 kg of codfish, soaked in water for 48 hours, changing the water several times a day
Salt and black pepper to taste

Drain the corn-kernels and reserve
In a pressure cooker, sauté the tomato, rosemary, and garlic in olive oil
Cover the cooker without pressurizing it and cook for 10 minutes
Add the corn-kernels and water
Cover the cooker and cook for 30 minutes, starting from the moment you apply pressure
Allow the steam to escape and open the cooker
Add the sausage and codfish
Allow to simmer without covering for 15 minutes
Check the seasoning and serve
