400g of mozzarella cheese cut into cubes
400g of ham cut into cubes
1 cup of cream or catupiry
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 minced garlic clove
2 liters of water
1 can of tomato sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Salsa and chopped onion to taste
500g of talharim pasta
Shredded cheese to taste

In a bowl, mix the mozzarella, ham, and cream, and reserve
In a large pan, add the olive oil and bring to medium heat
Once hot, sauté the minced garlic until golden brown, then add the water, tomato sauce, and seasonings, and let simmer for 10 minutes
In a high-rimmed baking dish, shape the pasta into nests
Carefully place the mozzarella mixture on top of each nest, covering with the sauce using a ladle almost to the edge of the pasta
Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake in a medium oven for 40 minutes
Remove the foil and let it sit for an additional 5 minutes to dry
When removed from the oven, sprinkle shredded cheese on top and serve immediately
