1/2 kg of cod
2 small cans of coconut milk
4 tablespoons of olive oil
2 chopped onions
2 diced tomatoes, skin and seeds removed
a few drops of pepper sauce
1 tablespoon of dendê oil

Soak the cod in water for a day or two
Drain and squeeze well
Cut into pieces and fry in oil with onion and tomato
Add coconut milk
Simmer over low heat until the cod is tender
When serving, add pepper sauce and dendê oil.
