Rinse the rice, drain and reserve
Chop the onion and cut the sausages into slices
Put the beer and beef broth in a pot and bring to a boil
In another pan, pour the olive oil, onion, olives, and sausages
Simmer the mixture until the onion is soft
Next, add the rice and simmer again
Finally, add the beer with beef broth and salt
Mix everything together and partially cover the pot
Let it cook for 30 minutes or until the rice is al dente.
