Step 1
Heat the olive oil in a pan
Sauté the onion, stirring constantly, for about 20 minutes (it should be very soft)
Add the garlic and sauté slightly
Add the cod, ketchup, and stir without stopping until the fish is well flaked and incorporated into the onion
Step 2
Add the cream and continue stirring
Add the eggs and follow through
Step 3
Remove from heat, add the eggs and stir
Add the potato pulp and mix until it's incorporated with the cod
Serve immediately.
