Step 1: Soak the cod in water for six hours, changing the water every hour
Then, cook it for 30 minutes until it reaches the desired level of doneness
Let it cool and flake
Step 2: In a separate pan, heat some olive oil and sauté the onion and prosciutto
Add the cod that has been flaked, and mix well to combine all the ingredients
Add the shredded potato and stir until combined
In a bowl, beat the eggs and add them to the mixture in the pan
Stir until they are cooked through and the recipe is ready to be served
Serve with salsa to taste.
