First, wash and peel the yams
Cook in a pressure cooker for 20 minutes
Let it cool and mash well
Add eggs and salt
Mix and shape into a homogeneous mass
Add bread flour until the dough holds its shape
Filling:
Sauté the onion in hot oil and brown
Add diced tomato, tomato paste, ground meat, salt, and water
Let it cook
When the dough cools down, open it up and fill with the meat mixture
Shape into balls and fry them in hot oil until golden.
