1 cup of fresh fruit (such as strawberries, blueberries, and pineapple)

4 cups of raspberries

20 grams of confectioners' sugar
1 cinnamon stick
60 grams of all-purpose flour
5 sheets of phyllo dough
20 milliliters of date syrup (made with dates, rose water, and grape molasses)

Cut the fruit into cubes
In a skillet, melt butter and add the fruit until it's slightly tender
Add the confectioners' sugar and cinnamon
Stir and remove from heat
Add the all-purpose flour and mix well
Transfer to a serving dish
Brush the phyllo dough with melted butter and cover the sweet treat
Bake in a hot oven until golden brown
Serve with date syrup
