2 cups (sticks) of peanut butter
1/2 cup (stick) of powdered chocolate
1/3 cup (stick) of milk
2 tablespoons of butter
1/4 cup (stick) of corn syrup
2 cups (sticks) of peanut butter
1/2 cup (stick) of powdered chocolate
1/3 cup (stick) of milk
2 tablespoons of butter
1/4 cup (stick) of corn syrup
1
Grease a smooth surface with butter
In a 9.5-inch deep microwave-safe bowl, mix all the ingredients well
2
Microwave on high for eight minutes or until you reach the firm truffle point (put a little of the warm mixture in a cold water cup)
If you can form a ball with your fingers that doesn't fall apart, it's ready
3
Spread over the greased surface and let cool
With a spoon, scoop out portions from the caramel and shape into balls with your hands
When they're cool, wrap them in wax paper (thinner than aluminum foil, sold at stationery stores)
