Christmas Tree Ornament (Candy Coating)

Melt the pecan and water mixture over low heat until it reaches a hard ball stage

Place in a moistened bowl and let cool

Beat with a wooden spoon until well-whipped

Divide this mass into 5 equal portions and flavor each portion differently: chocolate, strong coffee, nuts, rum, and vanilla, using 1 to 2 tablespoons of each flavor

Beat until slightly thicker

Next, place on a lightly greased surface

Press with a knife until about 1 inch high

Then, cut into small squares and wrap in paper with a ribbon
