Mix the ingredients in a saucepan and bring to high heat
Let it boil until it reaches the ball stage
To check the ball stage, place a spoon with cold water on the counter and drip some of the mixture onto it: if it becomes firm and starts to form into balls, it's ready
Pour the caramel into a damp tray and let it cool
Cut small pieces of caramel and put them in a dish with ice water
Let it start to set and roll into balls with your hands
Let it dry on a baking sheet and wrap with plastic wrap.
