4 ripe bananas or aqua - 480 g

Preheat the oven to a hot temperature (250°F)
Peel the bananas
Place each one on a piece of aluminum foil
Dust with confectioner's sugar and drizzle with lemon juice and rum
Fold the foil
Heat a baking dish for about 3 minutes
Put the paper package in the heated baking dish and roast for about 10 minutes
Serve 4 portions.
