1/2 cup of lemon juice
Peel the bananas and mix them with an egg, water, and salt
Pulse in wheat flour and place the bananas side by side in a refractory form, lightly buttered
Dust with sugar and cover with small pieces of butter
Soak with lemon juice
Place in a slow oven until the banana is golden and soft
If desired, add 1/3 cup of wine or vermouth to the lemon juice
Serve warm
