4 large bananas
2 tablespoons of unsalted butter, softened

1/2 cup of dark chocolate chips, chopped

Melt the butter, then mix with the pecans and chocolate. Reserve
Assemble the bananas by wrapping them in aluminum foil, placing them in a medium oven until they're tender
Remove the wrapping and cut the bananas lengthwise, making an incision in the skin and pulp of the fruit
Place the reserved filling into the opening and drizzle with honey
Serve immediately.
