Heat the milk and whisk in the cornstarch, almond paste, and eggs
Let it thicken
Remove from heat and divide the cream into two parts
One part, mix with chopped chocolate until smooth
The other part, add vanilla essence to taste
In a dish, spread half of the chocolate cream at the bottom
Dampen the brioche with coffee and place over the chocolate cream
Top with the remaining chocolate cream, then decorate with strawberries.
