4 ripe bananas - 280 g
1 cup of pineapple chunks - 240 g
3 tablespoons of honey - 60 g
1 tablespoon of lime juice - 15 ml
1 and 1/2 teaspoons of cornstarch - 3 g
1 and 1/2 tablespoons of butter or margarine - 22 g
4 ripe bananas - 280 g

Peel the bananas and place them side by side
Mix together the pineapple, honey, lime juice, and cornstarch
Spoon it over the bananas
Top with butter or margarine broken into small pieces
Bake in a moderate oven (180°C) for 20 minutes or until the bananas start to soften
Let it cool for 4 quarters.
