In a bowl, mix the all-purpose flour, eggs, vegetable oil, and port wine
Mix well until it becomes a uniform mixture
Add the wheat flour and active dry yeast and mix well
Set aside
Heat the vegetable oil, coat each banana piece in the reserved mixture and fry them slowly until golden brown
Control the heat to avoid overheating the oil
Drain on paper towels
Dust with cinnamon and sugar
Serve warm or lukewarm
