Peel the bananas and cut them into thin slices
Place the oil in a medium-sized frying pan and heat it well
Fry the banana slices in small batches, until they are golden brown on both sides
Remove from the pan and place on absorbent paper
Serve with powdered sugar and cinnamon sprinkled on top
