Cream
2 ripe mangos, pink or haven
2 tablespoons of honey
Fruit salad
2 fresh apricots
2 cups (chopped) of pineapple in cubes
1 white banana
1 cup (chopped) of papaya in cubes
1 cup (chopped) of strawberries cut in half lengthwise

Cut the mangos into chunks
Blend them in a processor or blender until smooth
Strain through a sieve, add honey and mix
Assembly
Distribute the cream among six plates
Cut the apricots into thin strips and the banana into slices
Mix all the fruit salad ingredients and place them over the cream
Garnish with spinach leaves
Refrigerate until serving time.
