200 g of desiccated coconut
3/4 cup of coconut milk
1/2 can of condensed milk
1/2 teaspoon of citric acid or lime juice
1 tablespoon of corn syrup
A pinch of vanilla essence
3 egg yolks and 3 cups of confectioner's sugar
500 g of hydrogenated chocolate (Nestle)
200 g of desiccated coconut

In a bowl, combine the desiccated coconut, coconut milk, condensed milk, citric acid, corn syrup, and vanilla essence
Mix well
Gradually add the confectioner's sugar until a homogeneous mass forms
Refrigerate for two hours
Remove, roll out into bars, cut them to size, and refrigerate for another hour
Dip the bars in melted hydrogenated chocolate.
