1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 cup unsalted butter or margarine, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup milk
1 large egg
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup strawberry ice cream

Preheat the oven to 200° (hot)
Grease a small baking dish and dust with all-purpose flour
Sift together the flour, yeast, cinnamon, and cloves
In a bowl, combine the butter or margarine and sugar
Mix until well combined
Add the egg, milk, and vanilla extract
Mix until smooth
Combine the dry mixture into the wet mixture
Mix well
Spread 1/3 of the dough in the bottom of the baking dish with a diameter of 29 cm
Spread the strawberry ice cream on top
Cover with the remaining dough
Bake for about 30 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown
Let it cool in the baking dish and cut into bars or squares.
