In a round, shallow baking dish (25 cm in diameter), place the sweet potatoes mixed with the remaining ingredients
Preheat the oven to moderate heat (170°C) for 35-40 minutes
To help them cook more quickly, cover with aluminum foil during the first 20 minutes of baking
