4 large sweet potatoes

2 medium onions
salt and pepper to taste

Peel the sweet potatoes, cut them into slices about 2 cm thick
Brush with butter and sprinkle with salt
Cut the onions into slices about 1 cm thick
Cut 4 pieces of aluminum foil, one for each sweet potato
Alternate layers of sweet potato and onion on each foil piece
Brush again with butter and sprinkle with pepper
Wrap each sweet potato tightly in its foil and grill together with meat over charcoal for about 45 minutes
Serve directly on the foil
Let it rest for 4 portions.
