4 cups (chopped) of fresh green beans
3 tablespoons of olive oil
2 onions
2 tablespoons of chopped fresh chives
Salt and black pepper to taste

Heat the olive oil in a pan and add the sliced onion
Refry until the onions are soft, but not browned
Add the green beans and reduce heat
Cover the pan and cook until the green beans are tender
Stir occasionally to prevent burning at the bottom of the pan
If necessary, add hot water in small increments
Add the chopped chives and season with salt and black pepper
Mix delicately and serve immediately.
