6 large sweet potatoes

Peel the sweet potatoes
Place them in a large pot with enough water to cover them
Add salt and let cook until they become tender but not too soft
Drain and wait for them to cool slightly
Make four horizontal cuts, about 1/2 cm wide and 1 cm deep, on each sweet potato. Reserve
In a bowl, mix the herbs with butter until you form a paste
Distribute the paste among the sweet potatoes and bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for 10 minutes
Sprinkle hot paprika and serve immediately.
